• Transformation of analogue claims processes
  • Transparency and completely new control options for expert organisations
  • Insurers already rely on the claimsforce software

claimsforce starts a cooperation with the expert network "Die Regulierer" on 01 June 2020. In the future, the service company will use the claimsforce software in claims management to enable a more efficient and faster process. The adjusters use the technology for the targeted management of field staff and a fully digital way of working when dealing with insurers.

"The software enables us to create consistent claims reports, optimise customer communication and deliver results faster. We are convinced that with claimsforce we are getting the most advanced technology on the market", says Thorsten Galler, CEO of "Die Regulierer". "In addition to the extremely fast implementation in our system, we were convinced by the intuitive user guidance and the focus on relevant functions".

Nils Mahlow, CEO of claimsforce, says: "In the event of a claim, the insurer must prove its efficiency. The settlement is decisive for customer satisfaction. We offer an integrated claims management solution for both the insurer and the adjuster organisations. The previous analogue way of working was characterised by too many manual steps, media disruptions and little uniformity. With minimal implementation effort, we enable maximum process transparency and completely new control options. By working digitally, we achieve a high degree of efficiency, especially with claims that require the deployment of adjusters on site, and thus increase customer satisfaction." Claimsforce documents customer satisfaction using the Net Promoter Score (NPS). With average values of 65, the processes achieve a very high satisfaction score.

The claimsforce software is already in use at several insurance companies, including Zurich, and optimises the disposition as well as the data exchange with both own and external experts. For example, claimsforce has processed several thousand claims with Zurich Insurance. With "The Adjusters", a network of adjusters is also using the digital approach for the first time.

The adjusters are a network of 80 adjusters and experts throughout Germany and work together with around 30 insurance companies.
