Core Responsibilities
● Collaborate closely in a cross-functional teams to understand customer pain points and develop impactful solutions
● Lead your own projects within a small, highly skilled, and motivated development team
● Drive the entire product lifecycle - from idea generation and design to prototyping, execution, and deployment
● Build and maintain highly available services that scale
● Apply your technical expertise across backend, frontend, architecture, and infrastructure
● Identify opportunities to reduce complexity and implement pragmatic solutions that enhance team velocity

Requirements
● 3+ years of experience in engineering in startup and high growth environments, preferably with focus in building B2B software (for B2B clients)
● A mindset of holistic user experience and thinking in terms of components and systems
● Passion and belief for pair programming and clean architecture
● Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with other engineers.
